The 150 year old Former St Lukes Vicarage stands on wāhi tapu (sacred) site where deep excavations are not permitted. Following the Christchurch Earthquakes the foundations needed replacing. Due to a combination of poor land qualities and site restrictions the Policon PIC raft with its superior strength and thermal properties was an obvious choice.
